✅ Product Testing & Quality
Every batch goes through in-house QC checks before third-party testing. Products are tested by accredited labs including SGS and ITS.
What materials do you use?
Primary materials include solid pine wood for bed frames, LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) for fence rails and slats, and MDF for flat components. All wood is kiln-dried to 8–12% moisture content before processing.
What surface finishes do you offer?
We use non-toxic NC (nitrocellulose) paint as our standard finish — it provides a smooth, durable surface that meets EN 71-3 heavy metal migration limits. Available in white, natural wood, and two-tone lacquer finishes. Custom RAL colours are available for orders above MOQ.
What quality control procedures do you follow?
We run a 5-stage QC process: incoming material inspection → in-process checks → assembly verification → surface finish inspection → final pre-shipment check. Each stage has documented acceptance criteria. Defect rate is maintained below 0.5%.
Do you offer product samples?
Yes. We provide pre-production samples for approval before mass production. Sample lead time is typically 15–20 days. Shipping cost is borne by the buyer; sample cost can be refunded against the first bulk order.
Are your materials safe and eco-friendly?
All paints and coatings are tested for heavy metal migration per EN 71-3. Our wood is sourced from managed plantations. We use E1-grade or better board materials where MDF/particleboard is involved, meeting formaldehyde emission limits under EN 717-1.
📜 Certifications
Our products have been tested to multiple international standards depending on product type and destination market.
What safety standards have your products been tested to?
Depending on the product and target market, our products have been tested to: EN 716-1/-2 (EU baby cots), NF D60-300-4 (France), EN 71-3 (toy safety / heavy metals), EN 14749 (domestic furniture), EN 1130 (cribs and cradles), AS/NZS 2172 (Australia/NZ cots), and AS/NZS ISO 8124.3 (migration of certain elements). Not every product carries every certification — it depends on the model and your market requirements.
What is the difference between EN 716, ASTM F1169, and AS/NZS 2172?
EN 716-1/-2 is the European standard for children’s cots and folding cots — it covers structural integrity, spacing, and entrapment hazards. ASTM F1169 is the US standard for full-size baby cribs, with different dimensional and testing requirements. AS/NZS 2172 is Australia and New Zealand’s standard for household cots. Each standard has unique testing protocols; we can assist with the certification process for your target market.
Can you provide test reports and certificates?
Yes. We can provide SGS / ITS / TUV test reports for products that have been tested. For new products, we coordinate testing with accredited labs and share reports once available. We also provide Declaration of Conformity (DoC) documents where required.
Do you assist with SABER certification for Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We have experience exporting to Saudi Arabia and can assist with the SABER/SALEEM certification process, including coordinating with approved conformity assessment bodies.

📦 Lead Time & Delivery
Standard production lead time is 30–45 days depending on order size and customisation level.
What is the typical production lead time?
For standard models: 30–45 days from deposit receipt. For custom/OEM orders: 45–60 days, depending on complexity and finish requirements. Rush orders may be possible during off-peak periods — please inquire.

Standard terms: 30% deposit via T/T, balance before shipment. For long-term partners we can discuss L/C at sight or other arrangements. We are flexible within normal trade practice.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. For standard baby cots, MOQ is typically 100 pieces. For custom colour or design orders, MOQ may be higher (300–500 pcs) due to tooling and setup costs. We recommend

Combined with our 20+ years of export experience and established certification track record, we offer a balance of cost efficiency, production scale, and quality assurance that is difficult to match elsewhere.
Do you have experience with Australian market requirements?
Yes. We have multiple products certified to AS/NZS 2172 and AS/NZS ISO 8124.3. We are familiar with ACCC requirements and can coordinate testing at accredited Australian labs.

Do you handle customs documentation?
Yes. We prepare all standard export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, fumigation certificate, and any test reports required by the destination country.

📰 Industry Insights
Trends and regulatory updates in the baby furniture industry.
Are there upcoming changes to EU baby furniture regulations?
The EU periodically revises EN 716 and related standards. We monitor updates through our testing partners (SGS, ITS) and adjust our production processes accordingly. If you are planning a new product launch for the EU market, we recommend confirming the latest standard version with us before finalising specifications.
What trends are you seeing in baby furniture design?
Current trends include Scandinavian-inspired minimalist designs, convertible cots that transform into toddler beds, and natural/neutral colour palettes. There is also growing demand for sustainably sourced materials and non-toxic finishes — areas where our factory is well positioned.
